Toshiba M30 wireless reume failure

I have a new Toshiba M30 laptop. The IntelPRO 2200 802.11b/g setup works
great - after a cold boot or restart. BUT...after resuming from standby or
hibernate...no love. All tools report a successful connection and active
IP, but there's no functional communication between the Tosh and the
wireless router (an Intel). Refreshing doesn't help. I've entered the
IntelPRO wireless setup and turned the power to manual/high performance. No
help. Advice?
