Computer not detecting graphics card

Hello i recently reinstalled my Windows 7 due to it having some problems.and when i checked dxdiag it has not detected my graphics card.i have a ati radeon hd5770 and it had worked fine previously without any problems.i dont know if you need to install any drivers cause someone else installed it for me.i would appreciate any help.

You need to download and install drivers http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx

Also can check device manager to see what if any drivers are installed and what hardware is detected.
