Computer Keeps Restarting

I turned on my computer and waited for it to load up but it wouldn't. I tried over and over again but it still didn't work.

After the loading part of Windows during the second part of the line thing with the black screen it stops and restarts again.

I've tried some things I found online like the following:

1) - Windows setup
- chkdsk /r
- fixrm


2) - Windows setup
- chkdsk /r
- fixrm
- fixboot

3) - Windows setup
- chrkdsk /p
- reboot

I've tried these a million times but they didn't work. My computer was working 2 hours before this happened then I turned it off. Then turned it back on 2 hours later and this happened.

I'm not very technical so please be patient and try to explain to me what to do/happened.

where does your windows stop loading?

Turn on the computer and press F8 before windows tries to load. Select start in safe mode and let it boot. If it makes it to the login screen then it is most likely a driver or service was damaged. If not report the last file that loads at the bottom of the screen before it stops.
