What i do if my computer did not accepting memory card

Hello,my computer does not accepting memory card .. n if i connect memory card then computer starts hanging .

It depends upon the root cause; example: bad stick then return, mix-match then return, running at rated then increase the DRAM Voltage/IMC Voltage, poorly seated then re-seat and clean with Isopropyl, incompatible then return. etc.
