Will a 5850 fit my case?

Hey crew. I've been saving up to buy a 5850 for some time now but before I order it I'd like to be 100% certain everything will go as planned. I have this case:

http://www.overclockercafe.com/Reviews/cases/X-Blade/index.htm

And I'm not sure if it will fit, the measurements are on the site but I think that includes the hard drive bays aswell? Is there any harm if a graphics card is imposing on an empty hard drive bay?

And secondly I have this motherboard:

http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/content.php?S_ID=362

Again I'd like to be sure that it could take a 5850.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you arent planning on trying to run a 5850 with the PSU that comes with that case. An explosion waiting to happen from the looks of some reviews lol.

Yeah I was planning on upgrading the PSU.

The PSU needs to be reliable and able to run everything even it was at peak load.

And I need new RAM, I think my Motherboard only supports DDR2?

Anyway specs are:

AMD 620 x4
Nvidia 8100/720a (Yes a chipset)
2GB DDR2 RAM

So I need a new PSU, 4GB RAM (Pref 2x2gb) and confirmation on the card fitting my case.

Use a tape measure to measure the distance from the slot at the back of the case to the back of a HD.....If it's bigger than 9.5", you're "green".

And yes, I wouldn't trust my hardware to a $80 case / psu combo.
