Ati radeon x1300 Pro

I found this graphics card in a computer my nephew was throwing out. Is this a good enough card to use on an asus P7p55D-E Pro with i5 750 CPU. I am interested in photoshop cs4, dvd/blue ray movies, no games. Will this do the job? I was also considering sapphire radeon HD 4670.

I owned this card years ago when it first came out...it wasn't good even then.
Get an ATI 5450 since you don't game. No need to get the 5570 or 5670.
