Unlocked L3 on Athlon 620?

Am i lucky or am i just being played. When i turned on ACC, my motherboard stated that my cpu had a l3. I don't know exactly how this is possible considering the AMD Athlon II X4 620 has a Propus arch. Im wondering is this AMD Athlon II a Denub in disguse? I thought they didnt make those ones anymore. Or is the bios and cpu-z not telling the truth; its just weird considering Propus has no literal L3 built into it. I did notice a 10-15 fps boost in games once it unlocked. BFBC2 plays always at 60fps now.
Any ideas?

So, now with a 6mb l3 what AMD processor does it stand in or compete with not in the athlon series?

AMD Phenom II X4 955 is the closest deneb to mine i could find. ACC wont unlock that it is a phenom 955 but it basically is... lol

So should i set it to 1.6 GHZ or 1.8GHZ?

At stock 200MHz, setting 1.6GHz is the 8x multiplier.

8x250MHz = 2000MHz [:jaydeejohn:5]

I dont think you do. Mine runs at 2400mHz and I use a Phenom II x4 955
