Replacing embedded intel 82865g graphics controller

Hello,
whenever i boot it gets to windows xp verticle lines of different colors appear and thats as far as it gets i suspect the graphics controller a intel 82865g embedded its a gateway 510s built 2004 with DDR a pentium 4 2.66Gh what would be the best replacement PCIe or AGP and which one is best?

According to your system specifications, (found here), you do not have a PCI-E option. For a system that old, I probably wouldn't go any higher than an ATI HD 4650.
