What's the best internal HDD for my build (price)?

I need a HDD that has more memory than this one (at least 500GB or better, anything more than 2 TB is too much for me). I would like SATA 6.0Gb/s and 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache, but I can go higher/lower.

-HDD needs to be 3.5"

A 1 or 1.5 tb wd caviar blue or black (I have two 750gbs in raid 0 and even on their own, they are fast)
Or a 1tb samsung f3
Your choice really, every sata drive should work

$65 and a solid HD. 1 TB is excessive imo, but for another $30-$40 you could always snag a 1TB drive of similar quality.

Also, generally speaking anyway. If it's a sata drive it'll be compatible.
