Well that doesn't help to much that's the chipset your motherboard is equiped with, I'm assuming you don't know what model it is exactly so here's a picture of a pci express 2 lane

pci-e 2 lanes are the blue and black lanes on the left and the right most white lane, open up your computer and see if you have the same thing, if you do your good to put any modern gfx card in

Any PCIE card should fit your board, but you need to take into account the rest of your system, namely the cpu and the psu.

The GTS 250 is a moderately power hungry card, and you'll need a decent psu to power it. Depending on the cpu you currently have, you may be better off spending less on the gpu and upgrading the cpu as well.
