  1. Try disabling any "boot block" or bios protection settings in the bios; also any firewalls in windows defender or your virus software. I use the windows flash program, which most manufacturers offer now.
  2. sry.. i got it working.. i just used a DOS boot bios update

one of my HDDs is not detected and out of the 4 that are detected, only 2 r detected by windows

i will create a question thread about this in just a sec

even device manager recognises them, just not my computer or when i am installing things
  3. lol, my mistake.. i got the 4 that are detected working

still, one isn't detected at all
  4. You need to download the newest version of @Bios off of Gigabyte's website to use the newest BIOS. Not the one that came on the disk with the board. And you have to use @Bios to flash, QFlsah will not work. At least for my UD4 that is true.
  5. i booted from dos on a usb stick an updated from there because @BIOS only works half of the time for me.. now on f7.. but the backup BIOS is still f4 and i need the backup BIOS to be f7
