-Core Clock: 700MHz
-Shader Clock: 1401MHz

EVGA GTX480 Superclocked
-Core Clock: 725MHz
-Shader Clock: 1450MHz

Just a slight overclock.

So regarding playing with 3D vision,
1- will it make a noticable different or not ??

2- and what is the difference between all the companies like EVGA ZOTAC ASUS GALAXY etc... aside from the waranty ?? is the materials that are used different or they are the same??

1 - Probably a slight difference as with any overclock. Most people just get the stock clocked cards and overclock themselves to save the money.

2- Right now they all use the Nvidia reference coolers, so they are all the same aside from the sticker on top.
