I finished building my new system a couple days ago, but I get get it to boot. No Beeps. But, if I take out the RAM then I get the proper beep code for that. Also, the CPU fan spins for half a second and then stops when I turn the power on.
I've tried clearing the CMOS by moving the jumper for a few seconds, then putting it back, but that didn't change anything.

Thanks, but I did. I read over the list you linked, just in case I happened to overlook something, but I have properly done everything. I've done other builds before, but I've never had a bad mobo... I'm fairly sure that that is the situation here, I was just hoping that there was something else that could be done. Any thoughts?
You're not really going to get any suggestions that aren't already in the sticky. It will narrow down the problem if you perform EVERY step including the breadboarding suggestion at the end. It's possible your motherboard is faulty, but it's rare. Problems like this are far more often user error.
