Sata Cables

Im getting a Hard Drive that is a SATA 6gb and I need to get cables for it because my case or hard drive doesnt come with it. On newegg is says SATA I, SATA II, and SATA III and I dont know witch one to choose.

SATA cables come with the motherboard. not the case or disk. you want SATA III

They all should technically be the same thing. I read an article somewhere that showed old and new sata cables achieved the same speeds. I think the only difference is newer cables have a retaining clip
