I would recommend either of these SSDs over the SanDisk,....
    Crucial 128 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s CT128M4SSD2
    OCZ 128GB Vertex 4 Industry's Highest I/O Performance Up to 120K IOPS SATA 6.0 GB/s 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive With 5-Year Warranty - VTX4-25SAT3-128G

Yes, it is okay to still use your old 320 GB hard drive and OCZ is a good brand of SSDs. I currently run a Vertex 2 and Vertex 4 in my systems. OCZ has been hit with some issues with the SandForce controller but that was across the board for all SandForce-based SSDs.
  10. so when install an ssd i reinstall windows on it but before tht do i have to disconnect my hardrive
  11. Yes and Yes is my recommendation.
  12. so disconnect my hard drive and leave my ssd in
  13. Correct :D
  14. ok cheers
  15. Yes, first read an ssd tweak guide like this one

Then, unplug any hdds you have. Plug in only your dvd drive and your ssd. Install win7 on the ssd and follow the tweaks that are important to you. Most important for space saving is to disable hibernation.
  16. Plextor pro series is good also.
