Hello,
Toshiba Satellite L655 does not "see" the drive when plugged into the USB port.
HP G60-235DX does.
Need to backup the Toshiba.

Simple: all the backup software needs to be updated from the website to work. The version on the supplied cd/dvd doesn't work. Fixed both a RocketFish and the Apricorn the same way.
