I just bought and installed a Seagate 2TB Internal Hard Drive, installation went fine and everything, boot menu recognizes it, Disk Management recognizes it, but My Computer doesn't.

Disk Management is telling me that the hard drive is Unallocated, Online, and working correctly. When I right click on it though, I cannot format it, there's simply no option to do so.

The hard drive will just be for storage... So my question is, how do I format it and get it ready to use. I thought it would just be a plug and play, but obviously I was way wrong.

okay so everything is working properly! unallocated means you have not yet created any partitions. you can do so in the Disk Management tool. Create a new partition and format it as NTFS. then it will be assigned a drive letter.
