Netgear n150 reinstalled windows and now cant connect to internet

I just reinstalled windows vista on a laptop and i have the netgear n150 and i cant wirelessly connect to the internet it keeps asking for a passcode or secure key

Well, as your reinstall will have wiped the password on your wireless adapter's utilities, no great surprise.

Remind yourself how you installed the router (see literature which came with it or download manual from the maker's site). Once in the router's setup screens review or renew the wireless security type and passphrase and apply these to your wireless adapter's setup (usually in Windows Wireless Connection).
