You want to hit an AM3 with at least 8x/8x on PCIex16 gen 2.0 lanes for CF - that mobo is 16x/4x Have a look at the Asrock 880G Extreme3

but to be honest for 1680 x 1050 i would just save all the trouble and hit a 870 chipset, just the single HD 5770 and ya that PSU should do nicely hehe
