How to lock ip on dhcp

Hello,
i have a dhcp server here. All i want is,how to an IP address can only used for 1 computer,even the computer is off, others can't use that address.
Just note, all i want is not make a reservation on Server.

You can set a static IP address as opposed to a dynamic one, in the Properties form of the connection. Look in the centre pane for TCP/IP then click on that and go into its Propeties form. Change from the radio button to set "obtain an address automatically" to "use the following address" and set the numeric codes accordingly. You can find the Default Gateway and the othe rinformation - range, subnet, etc. in the Command Prompt by typing ipconfig /all and hitting Enter.
