I have got this message, I cannot download anything.The DHCP allocator has
disabled itself on Ip address 192.168.2.5, since the ip address is outside
the 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 scope from which addresses being allocated to
DHCP clients.
Please if you could help.

Try using a fixed IP address. Reboot before to make sure that the
network is ok.
