I've had my Dell Studio 15 laptop for about a month now and everything's worked fine until now. I was just using it earlier today and it was fine but now the scrolling feature on the touch pad doesn't work. When I run my finger down the side to scroll, the cursor even changes on screen to show that it's scrolling but it's not working at all. I have the driver updated to the latest version. If anyone knows what could be the problem, please let me know. Thanks.

Go into device manager and find the touchpad. uninstall the driver. windows will ask you to restart. do so and it will ask you to restart again (presumably because it re-installed the driver automatically). Ta da. Worked for me. Good luck
