Help me please...

Hello everyone, i need help please, my computer hangs/freezes, and i don't know why
My computer has been reformatted, i think 5 times already in just 1 month,,, and sometimes i hear a spinning like a rough Disk..
Is it my Hard disk which cousing my computer to freeze/hang or is there anything that may cause this problem?
i need help please as soon as possible

my computer specs:

Processor: intel core i5 650 @ 3.2 GHZ
Motherboard: TH55B 1156
2 GB Ram
19' LCD monitor
GeForce invidia 9500 GT = Newly replaced with = HD Radeon 5750
Power supply: 600 watts = Newly replaced with 620 watts
Hard disk: 320 GB
Running windows 7 ultimate

Since it has the potential to be a hard drive issue, first thing to do, back up all important data off the drive ASAP, then go on to figure out what the problem might be.

Is he getting any blue screens of death? If so can you post the stop code that is showing up on them. If not, i would suggest running memtest to verify that the memory is fine, and check disk to see if its the hard drive.

Hang/Freez and a Bluescreen problems

Check your event viewer to see what errors it's logging.
start-->run-->eventvwr.msc-->check the system and application logs
