i wanna install new win XP in my machine which has admin right from my old company.how can get rid of them.my system is XP

If you have a licensed copy of XP, you can boot from the CD and do a complete install, wiping out everything that has ever been on that machine before.

We can't help you with getting control of the installation of the instance of XP on a machine that you got from your company; it's against forum rules.
