What storage should i buy

I have a small billing business. I have a server with 3hd,now set up for raid5,. I want to back up the whole hd including the OS. and them back up about 2 files at different times.I dont need a net work one. Im looking at a Drobo 4 bay. But dont like the idea that any windows os cant see the data on any of the drives of the Drobo. Also what is a good Back up soft ware, if I build a 4 or 5 bay or buy one.
