Where are you?!

So I'm sure there are many similar cases out there but I can't seem to find a thread that will help me.
So i just bought a SanDisk 120g extreme SSD. I slapped it in and activated ahcp. I currently have windows 7 running on a 1 TB HDD and I can see the SSD in my device manager, but I cannot see it from my windows 7 install ISO or from "my computer" where it shows all drives and such. I do not know what to do!
I updated the SSD firmware and nothing changed.
Any suggestions?

You have to go into Windows Disk Management, initialize the drive, and then assign it a drive letter.
