Hi,

I recently built a new computer and decided to use a SSD for the OS.
I put the computer to sleep and turned it back on after some time.

When I tried to turn it on, the fans and LEDs turned on, then off, then on again, then off again,
and finally the system resumed. I tried a couple more times to make sure that it wasn't a
coincidence, and the same thing occurred.

I searched for a fix and came across some sources that said that it's a bad thing when you put
SSDs to sleep, which was something I didn't know before. However, not many of these sources
were very concise.

I'm just wondering why my system turns on and off twice before resuming after sleep, and if
sleep really is bad for SSDs. (By the way I have a Corsair Force Series GT 90GB SSD)

Thanks in advanced.
