Sennheiser PC350 or Logitech G35

I'm looking for good headphones for gaming. I foud that these two are among the best. But I don't know which one to choose from.

My concern with Senn PC350 is many reviews say that it needs a sound card to power it properly. I don't want to spend another $100 for the sound card. I'm currently using ASUS P6X58D-E (Realtek® ALC889 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC ). Can this on board sound card power it properly?

My concern with the G35 is that some reviews say it does not have a good sound quality as claimed. Plus it is not comfortable for people with big head.

Which one should I get?

I am 6'4" and my brain is very big. I have the g35. Best sounding headphones I have ever had. You will not be disappointed.

Give a look to the creative sound blaster arena.. I consider it best for gaming purposes.. You may also consider the sennheiser hd 515 g4me if you can live without the microphone..
