System hanged while flashing bios...

I'm trying to flash the bios of Asus radeon 5970 with the files from Asus. But my system hanged. Can i restart it ? Is there any problem if i restart ? I'm waiting for the answers.....

I think that it is hard to determine what exactly will happen if you reboot. If the card was in the middle of a critical event and you reboot, it is possible to brick the card.

If the card passed the critical stage and you reboot, you most likely will be ok.

Unfortunately you are in between a rock and a hard place.

Hopefully, the warranty covers bios flashing and that it is still under warranty.
