When the 4 pin power is conected it will not turn on, was working fine then just

My computer was running great then it just shut down and would not resart unless the 4pin power plug is disconected

The 4-pin (or 8-pin) power plug supplies power to the CPU. If this is unplugged, the computer will not POST.
