Help purchasing heatsink for new CPU

I just bought a AMD phenom ii x4 940 BE without the fan on newegg and i was curious if someone could find me a good heatsink fan thats around 30-50$ or less and is easy to install. (socket 940 Am2+) Link some if you have an preferences and such. Thanks

A CM Hyper 212+ purchase from any vendor other then Newegg.
Tough to find at the moment cuz of it's popularity.

Far superior to the Hyper 212+, just look up Tom's Hardware's LGA 1156 cooler review since both of these also fit AM2/AM3.

He's looking for clip-on (AMD), not push pin (Intel). Some of those coolers probably have both sets of brackets, but I think most forum members would also agree that the CCF is a good clip-on cooler.

My best clip-on cooler was the Rosewill Fort120, but they no longer carry the part. It's also harder to operate the clips because it doesn't have the grooves down the side for grabbing the clip, as found on the CCF.
