so u want to start something like evga, msi,xfx etc, well ull need a bankload of money, ull need engineers who have worked in similar companies, ull need the people who take the designs and pt them onto the circuit boards etc, just get ur hands on an industry expert, or maybe you can even just go directly to intel, amd and nvidia and tell them you have found an untapped market for their products that ull be able to cater too

I don't see how this is urgent but here it goes!

1. Develop a business plan
2. Attract investors and build start-up capital
3. Engage the business plan and grow your business
4. Assess your successes and failures and make appropriate changes
5. Repeat step 4 until dead, retired, or bought by larger company
