Issue with system rebooting

Hello,Hello,
I am Dell customer and I would like to know about the system freezing issues in Studio XPS 8100 MACHINE,I am not sure why it happens.We have brought multiple dellcomputers and all the computers are having system shutting down issues.I reseatted the video card and memory ,tried to get into safe mode,still no0 go,still system restarts.Please help me
here is sthe system specifications
SX 8100, CKD, i5-650(3.20
8GB DDR3 SDRAM AT 1333MHz
1024MB nVidia GeForce GT2
1TB SERIAL ATA 2, 7200 RP

When does the system reboot?? Like how much time after it is switched on.
Are there any beeps while booting?
The problems is most likely to be with the processor heat sink seating on the board, the thermal paste issues.
Try to re-seat the processor and the heat-sink. and please check what wattage the PSU dell provided you with and revert back.
