Cloning RAID-0 to single drive

Hello,
I recently cloned a RAID-0 array that my operating system was on to a single drive using Acronis TrueImage. Now I am unable to boot the system without use of the bootable disk made in Acronis. Any suggestions on how to eliminate the need for the CD?

  1. That's because windows still thinks it's on RAID. After all, you did clone the drive (this includes drivers and settings). Going from RAID 1 to a single disk usually works. I've never tried RAID 0. Try the Acronis knowledgebase and forums. They are more knowledable about the product. You may need the Acronis Plus Pack to achieve this. they make a Plus pack for each version of True Image.
