Requesting a good build from pros! 800$ Budget (Really Desperate)

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This Week BUDGET RANGE: 800$ CAD Before Rebates

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, Multimedia, School Work

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Strictly http://www.ncix.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: I would like a 20"~ screen IF possible, willing to pay a bit more

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1280x1024?

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Needs to be quiet and able to run WoW on max quality at max FPS without lag, Windows 7 if possible? At least 500 GB hard drive.

For about CAD 800, I doubt you could get a good setup with OS and monitor...

I drew this build up from newegg.ca (ncix website is a pain in the butt) $845, includes a 20" monitor and an OS. I had to downgrade the CPU to a GTS 250 1GB (which has good performance in WoW.
