They are the exact same architecturally as their desktop consumer counterparts. They may be tested a bit more but that would be it. Also, they have the circuitry to allow multiple to be installed in a motherboard that supports it. The consumer grade does not.
There can be slight differences, but for the most part they are quite similar. Some of the differences are the support of multiple processor systems and the support of ECC memory, which you wouldn't really care about in most cases.
