Hi there,

I hope someone can help me with my problem. I want to display computer video on my tv but I'm unable to do so with my new GeForce 9600GT. I could easily do so with my old GeForce 8500GT which had 3 ports, a DVI port, a VGA port and then the usual roundish tv-out port.

My new 9600GT however also has 3 ports except it doesn't have the old roundish tv-out port, it has a port which looks similar to a USB port but its not. Can anyone tell me what this port is called? Also can someone please tell me how I can get this new card to display on my tv if it doesn't have the old roundish tv-out port?

Any info on the topic will be much appreciated :)

You're probably talking about HDMI. An HDMI->DVI adapter is easy to find, but it does not carry sound.
