Why my laptop not support to lcd tv used hdmi cable

Hello Guys, my laptop inspiron 1525 not support to lcd tv samsung using hdmi cable. kindly help me to resolve this issue. thanks

Could you give details on how you are connecting the laptop to the TV? Once you have connected the laptop to the TV have you changed the input on the TV to HDMI? If not then try changing to the input to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 or whatever depending on the number of HDMI inputs you have available.
