my pc is asking to update bios how can do ??

You can use a floppy or portable usb flash drive. Disable any boot block and firewalls in your bios and in windows plus your virus protection software. I don't have the Intel flash program instructions in front of me. You'll have to look them up yourself. Be sure the bios file is the correct one for your motherboard. Do not interupt the flash process, or you will end up with a dead board.
