Out of range problem with nvidia FX5200 and 17" TV

Hi i know the graphic card is very old but i got this issue and i've alrdeay burn all my options i don't know what to do, so i need a little help

I got the PNY FX5200 card in a DELL opltiplex 320 and 1 monitor and 1 17" TV plugged to the video card, I use the NVIDIA control panel to make all the video settings, in the dualview mode I replay in the TV a video and in the monitor i usually use to work, but in other system with the same hardware, send me in the TV the out of range message i got in the TV configuration:

800x600, 60Hz, 16bits color

And it works fine, but in the other system with all the same doesn't,
I've try every posible resolution and refresh rate but stills send the message "out of range" and when i close the windows media player i can see the wallpaper of my computer, only send the out of range message when i run the video.

Theres a posibility that the windows is damage and i need to do a system restore?
Or the windows system not interfere in this issue? (is a windows xp)

Do you have the latest driver for that fx5200?

no i don´t have them, let me install the last drivers and i tell if it works (how could i forget that )
