Cable Management really matters with Fermis

Alot of people in the Giveaway thread have asked me to post some pictures up of my system. I decided to take a break from studying and do just that.

What I did realize through this process, is that both my CPU, and especially VGA temps went down. (Yes I already knew from before cable management wasn't just for looks but also for good airflow, but with such little fans I have in the system compared to before I didn't think it would matter.

Anywho take a look:

CPU before hover 39/40 @ idle

After: 35/36 (Both in C) @ idle

VGA 2 480s sli @ idle 64/65 (first card) 60/61 (2nd)

After: 59/60 54/56

CPU I wasn't too excited about....but VGA WOW...

Anyways

Here is my rig: (Specs in SIG)

Darn 60 degrees Celsius idle! What the hell! Is that a barbecue or something?
Nice rig tough.

Nice. Wow those cards are close together though. I'm amazed with how low temps are with them that close. Perhaps is that why they have the fan hole in the PCB?

I assume so:S either way I'll see these at 35-40 idle when I get back...with Water cooling.

Which way is the air flow on your H50 push/ pull ?, know I should be able to tell , but forget my reference point ,at the moment.

Awesome cable management L1qu1d. I need to work on mine for sure. You and I appear to have the same case, except mine is the black version. Though I had to take the side fan out so my Xigmatek HDT-S1283 would fit.
