Windows not detecting New HDD

Hey guys, this should be a pretty easy one for ya. Just can't find anything on it through google.

Just bought a new internal HDD (2TB WD Caviar Black), and windows isn't detecting it, disk spins and all, pretty sure it's just because it doesn't have a file format yet.

The bad side is I've forgotten how to give an HDD a file format(Obviously NTFS).

Can anyone help me out with this one?

Nevermind, figured it out. Just had to open start menu and type in diskmgmt.msc.

Then add a new simple volume.

yep. or you could right click on my computer and select manage.
