Back on Feb 4 and 5, 2013, I watched some videos on Facebook. I wanted to go back, to screen catch the info, but the source is no longer there. I have tried to go through the cache (including about:cache). I've tried video, firefox, and google cache viewer, but while I can find videos all the way back from Oct 2012, I can't find any videos from those dates. Does facebook videos not get stored in cache? If so, how can I find it? Note, I watched some in Firefox, IE, and Chrome.
Also, I had an avi file, which I deleted from my C drive (not put in recycle bin). I've tried a number of undelete and recovery programs, but to no avail. Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery came close, but when I tried to restore the AVI, it was 0B. I even tried to view it, but nothing came up. Is there any way to save the avi?
I think I should mention that I have an old Eee PC, that I got back in 2008. When I was working on something unrelated to the videos, I had my netbook completely crash; I took the battery out, letting it set a few moments, as I couldn't turn the screen back on. I wouldn't think this should matter, as I was able to find older videos, although they were youtube, not facebook. Any help?
