Toolbar Missing in Paint

I dragged the Text Toolbar off the window in Paint and cannot get it back. I have been reading the solutions posted by others and none seem to work.

Anyone?

open the paint> use the mouse point to "A" in the left side panel and click, then move the mouse to the right panel and click, next move the mouse point to the "view" option on the top (next the file, edit, etc) and click, now you will see four more options: tool box, color box, status bar, and text toolbar. If you click the text toolbar, and you will get back your text toolbar.
