CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ( -12v =-11.01v) ??

Hi, yesterday I bought CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W PSU..but before I use it I checked its voltages using multimeter ..every other rail voltage is normal except -12 rail voltage is -11.01v ..is this normal or is it ok to use this psu???

can someone pls help me ???

It is in tolerance - barely. The tolerance for the -12 volt output is 10%.

As far as I know, it's used in only a couple of unimportant places:
1. As a signal level in the now pretty much unused RS232 port where it only needs to drop below -3.0 volts.
2. And as the negative rail in any audio circuits on the motherboard.

It's OK to use this particular CPU.
