Never mind, found out this Pentium III I have is a Pentium III 450 (Katmai) SL3CC. I doubt it'll ever get the system working again - do modern PSUs work with older motherboards?

Yes. That's the whole point of the "20+4" main power plug. And the missing -5 volt line should not be a problem.

It's amazing what keying in random numbers can do.

Turns out I have an EPoX EP-6VBA motherboard and nVidia RIVA TNT2, I never knew heatsinks could be that tiny and the card still work!

What's the 26-pin like thing in the top left hand corner? Underneath the CTNT2V?

Memory is single sided 8x8 MB 128 MB SDRAM PC100 stick.
