BUT WHEN I USE DVD IT WORKS JUST FINE. PLEASE HELP. DESPERATE.

Your video card may support hardware accelerated DVD playback, but not the latest streaming compression so your CPU has to do all the work. To check, run the task manager and stream a video. If the CPU stays at 100% then you are only using the CPU to decode the stream.
