Why strictly NCIX? They're prices aren't that good. I'll throw up a build using Newegg.ca, and you can look up the parts on NCIX. I'm positive you'll find Newegg to be cheaper...

CPU: X3 440 $77
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4 $160
GPU: HD 5770 $147 after rebate
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2 GB 1600 mhz CAS Latency 7 $123
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500 GB $57
Case: Coolermaster 690 $70 (before 10 USD rebate, $60 in total)
PSU: Corsair 650W $100 (before 10 USD rebate, $90 in total)
Optical: Cheap SATA DVD burner $26
OS: Windows 7 Home 64-bit OEM $109

Total: $849

Thanks MadAdmiral, bump? I wanna see if I could get a different build as well! :)  If not I'm just gonna stick to this one.
