Hey all, Just curious, does my system build look good? is it bottle necked?

Any improvements?

Looks fine.
I'd have used a spinpoint F3 instead of the WD HD, a Hyper 212 Plus HSF, some scythe fans instead, and used G SKill Pi RAM instead though.

Is what bottle necked?

Thank you Banthracis for you recommendation.

Poisoner: GPU and CPU bottlenecked? Is there a test i can do?

I think it's more of are you asking about gaming or encoding, rendering? etc.

For gaming, you're probably GPU limited, depending on resolution. In fact, you'll have to go to quadfire or triple SLI to get close to a CPU bottleneck in gaming at high res and eye candy on.

For other stuff, depends.

For Gaming -thats all I use this system for. I play res at 1900x1200 on 24inch AcerG24 monitor.

Is there a test i can do?

im sure that the cpu is not a bottleneck for the two 5850

You can't really test for a bottleneck outside swapping in better parts and seeing how performance changes.

But like we've said, for gaming, you're at a GPU bottleneck.

Depending on your clock speed, I don't think the X58 Core I7s 'bottleneck' anything.
