Hey all, Just curious, does my system build look good? is it bottle necked?

Any improvements?

System Specs as follows (nothing OC'd)

Monitor 1: Acer G24 (DVI)
Monitor 2: Acer S243HL (HMDI)

OS: Windows 7 Home 64bit
Mobo: Asus P6X58D-E
CPU: i7930 LGA 1366
Memory: Corsair XMS3 6GB 1600mhz
GPU: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5850 crossfired
PSU: Corsair TX 750TX
Case: Antec 900
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
Case fan (intake): Thermal Take Smart X 2 (set on med. setting)
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper N520 (stk TP)
ODD: Phillpes x 22 (from previous computer
 
Solution
You can't really test for a bottleneck outside swapping in better parts and seeing how performance changes.

But like we've said, for gaming, you're at a GPU bottleneck.

I think it's more of are you asking about gaming or encoding, rendering? etc.


For gaming, you're probably GPU limited, depending on resolution. In fact, you'll have to go to quadfire or triple SLI to get close to a CPU bottleneck in gaming at high res and eye candy on.

For other stuff, depends.

For Gaming -thats all I use this system for. I play res at 1900x1200 on 24inch AcerG24 monitor.

Is there a test i can do?
