i have intel 945 gcnl motherboard.i m planning to buy nvidia geforce gts 250.is gts 250 support my motherboard?or i have to buy anew one??

Your motherboard should support the GeForce GTS 250. Just make sure that you remove the old drivers and install the new ones for the GTS 250.

So long as you have a PCI-E 16x length slot it should be fine. There are a few early boards that had problems with PCI-E 2.0 cards because they are not completely PCI-E 1.x compliant. Check the Intel website to see if there are any potential issues with your particular board and PCi-E 2.0 cards, or if there are any BIOS updates just in case.

i guess u should be just fine... remove the motherboard display drivers... and install the graphics card drivers
